Items on Metacafe have an “Embeddable Player” feature, allowing you to play the item directly from your blog/website. This feature works with various forums (MySpace, Blogger, Xanga, Friendster) and any other site which allows posting embedded tags (HTML code).

To embed an item in your blog/website, simply copy the HTML code located beneath the player window:

Another way to embed an item on your blog/website, is to access the additional options supported by our embeddable player. To do so, click on the “Embed” button in the Metacafe Player:

Check the “Feature my blog/website on this page” check box, and fill in your blog’s name and URL.
The five most recently viewed blogs/websites will be displayed underneath the item.

Click on “Advance” button to go to the advanced options menu, which will allow you to customize the embeddable code, without featuring your blog/website on this page.

Note that if you wish to change the advanced options, you must do so before pasting the embeddable code.
